Description

Bramling cross is a cross between Bramling, a traditional UK Goldings variety, and a wild hop collected near Manitoba. It is one of the first hop varieties developed with higher alpha-acid content. It was traditionally used for bittering additions in British ales. Bramling cross is thought to produce spicy aromas with lemon, blackcurrant, and loganberry flavors
