Description
Admiral hops are a British dual-use hop with fairly high alpha-acid. It imparts citrus-like orange flavors with some English herbal hop character. It is derived from the classic British bittering-hops Challenger and Northdown. Admiral was bred to compliment the flavors of the hop variety Target.

Northdown, Target, and Challenger.
