Honey Malt

Description

This barley malt produces honey-like flavors as well as intense malty sweetness. Adds noticable sweetness when used for about 10 percent of the grain. Produces a more distinct honey flavor around 20 percent. Honey malt is made exculsively by the Gambrinus Malting Corporation. The process for making honey malt is thought to be similar to brumalt and melanoidin malt.
