Description
These American aroma hops are grassy and pleasant with mild herbal and apricot overtones. Presumably this variety is named for the Palisade group of peaks found in the central Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Palisades are descended from Tettnanger and have a somewhat mild character similar to Noble Hops.
