Description

This mild and fruity hop was selected for its low cohumulone content. It is often described as well-balanced. Glacier was released for production in 2000 by the Washington State University breeding program. It has moderate alpha-acid and good aroma making it a good dual-use hop. Glacier is descended from Fuggles and Elsasser. Glacier has some of the woody and earthy flavors associated with Northern Brewer.
