Peat Smoked Malt

Description

A pale barley malt that has been smoked with peat smoke. Traditionally used in the production of Scotch Whisky. Now used as an experimental ingredient in beer. Contributes a very strong smoke flavor - much stronger than rauch malt which is smoked with beachwood.
