Biscuit Malt
Description
Biscuit malt is a medium toasted malt that has the aroma of fresh baked bread and biscuits. It highlights the less overt flavors found in chocolate malt and black malt such as toasted and nutty flavors. It can produce a dry cracker-like finish. Biscuit malt does not have diastatic potential.
