Description
Warrior is a relatively new high alpha bittering hop cultivar. In spite of its overall high alpha-acid content it is low in cohumulone a specific alpha-acid thought to produce a harsher type of hop bitterness. Warrior is considered a good choice for acheiving clean and unobtrusive hop bitterness.
