Description
Pride of Ringwood is a moderately high alpha-acid hop from Australia. It produces relatively clean bitterness. In later additions it imparts woody, herbal, and earthy aromas. It was produced from Pride of Kent via wild polination in 1953. Pride of Ringwood is most likely used to produce the Australian lager Victoria Bitter.
