Description
This American hop features very high alpha-acids. When used for bittering Millennium produces a rich resiny character similar to Nugget and Columbus. It can also be mildly spicy and herbal. Millenium is descended from both Nugget and Columbus and has slightly more alpha-acids than either. It was released for production in 2000.
