Wheat LME

Description

This is liquid malt extract (LME) that is made from a mix of wheat and barley. It could be used as all or most of the fermentables in an extract only recipe for a wheat beer style. Wheat DME could also be used as a source of additional fermentables in a primarly grain recipe where a wheat character is desired.
